engineering credentials assessment - ONTARIO
Hi,
Anyone got his engineering credentials assessed by PEO (professional engineers Ontario - www.peo.on.ca) ?
I want to start the process. I have some questions though. What the website says is that once assessment is done there will either be a:
a) confirmatory test -- if qualifications found OK
b) specific test -- if not upto their standards.
Is there not a third possibility wherein the qualifications are simply accepted ( without having to take a test, -assuming of course that credentials are assessed as equivalent to one from a Canadian university -- accredited by CEAB to be exact)?
I have a 4-year engineering degree from a university in India.
