Employers Feedback ?
Does CIC takes feedback from the current employer only or
from all the employers mentioned in the applications.One of
my previous employer got upset when i resigned.I don't expect him to give positive feedback for me.

they dont get *feedback* they verify the period and type of work you claim you did.. also how much you were paid for this work... the fact that your employer is unhappy with you wont make a difference unless s/he lies to their questions...
