I'm up for that. Can you prove the congruency theorem for an ordered pair of groups of homeomorphisms of a metric space satisfying an abstract dilation-translation relationship? You may discover that a corollary is the existence of wavelet sets, and hence of single-function wavelets, for arbitrary expansive matrix dilations on L 2 (ℝ n).

Or not.

Ah dammit, you beat me to it. I was just about to ask that.

If that's what they teach at those First Nations schools in Prince Albert it's no wonder the kids go home and snort gasoline rather than do homework...so would I...
I'm still trying to find what congruency has to do with a pair of Homo's....

yeah sure as long as it belongs to the restrictions related to lebasges measure?? but then this was in the 90's but then this is not what i would teach as i would rather focus in the implications of maths and its application to applied problems. but nice to know that someone understands ideas that are a little it more abstract then e and i's

I think you typo-ed the name of 'Lebasques integral and measure theory.'
That would be a hoot to teach at First Nations schools in Prince Albert...you could go out on fish-runs and figure out the size of a custom container will be needed to fill the fish stock.

You'll probably love it, I'm originally from the area and was born in Prince Albert. It's our gateway to the North and just a short drive from Waskesiu (Prince Albert National Park), where we spent much of our summers. If you like fishing, wildlife etc the whole province is full of it. Don't worry too much about crime and wait until you know what's going on before making your own mind up. Who the next door neighbour is is usually more important than an area's reputation.

Hopefully they'll have the river cleaned up and drinking water restored by the time you arrive.
Timeline: Key developments in Husky oil pipeline spill | CTV Saskatoon News
http://saskatoon.ctvnews.ca/new-wate...kend-1.3008120
They're trying to supply the whole city with flexible temporary "pipelines" from upstream and from the Little Red but from what they show on the news it doesn't look adequate, and clean water could be in short supply for awhile.

And the all clear... Oil-spill cities can open intakes on North Saskatchewan River: Water Security Agency

Let us know how you make out up there.
