Dunno, I haven't been that way for yonks. The area around the Humber River is foul as is Ashbridges Bay when it rains.

No, of course you haven't. I should have thought. It used to amuse me somewhat that the folk living in the ridiculously expensive houses down there had to suffer a truly unpleasant smell for weeks at a time.

I'm noticing that trend in NW Calgary, conversely the prices Downtown are falling.

I'm going to the ex's this evening, I go down Trafalger so I could carry on to the bottom, sniff a bit and report.

Yes, too early. Wait until July or August. I lived at Winston Churchill and Lakeshore but far enough from the water that it wasn't a problem for us.
