Edmonton rental property
It's been a while since I've been on here but I'm always lurking.
I've been looking on Kijiji and all the other various rental websites for either a house, apartment, or even a basement suite. Nothing stands out yet. I thought I'd try put the word out on here as I know how helpful word of mouth can be.
It needs to be in either North East Edmonton or St. Albert (The Henday is close and will be a short drive to work from St. Albert). I work shifts so the neighborhood needs to be quiet with no riff raff and street party's going on.
If anyone has any contacts or can help out I'd really appreciate it.
I need to move in for July 1st. I'm by myself so a 1 bedroom is good enough. Under $1000 per month would be good too.
