Default DVLA drivers record

Hi - I've recently received my drivers history from DVLA.

On page 3 , under the headings 'Document Number' & 'Type of Document' It says
003470290800 Court Notification

Would this be for a fixed penalty I received?

Thanks in advance.

Stuart.

Not sure but why do you need the history in the first place?

Hi - it's part of the requirement for the insurance company in Alberta, to enable them to give me my full no claims entitlement.

It must be from the fixed penalty NIP that I got in 2000?

That's the only endorsement I've ever had.

dvla driving history. how does one go about that? im trying to get driving history for my dh who has a totally clean record going back donkeys years, only we cant remember who he was insured with ( it changes yearly) or infact the reg plates of all the cars he has had ( again he is a bit unfaithful when it comes to motors) ive been told the MIB ( such a cool accronym) can only supply info per reg plate, and dvla an only do so as well. so my (incredibly long winded) question is, what is the dvla driving record and how do i get one.

(moving to BC but to get no claims they want letters from each insurer saying no claims were made. this would be made easier if i knew who he had been insured by or in fact from what )
