Dude, you'll never be short of work, either kosher or cash money.

Different work over here though, all taping, plastering, sanding, some plastering, sanding, more sanding, more sanding.

Red Seal is the way to go, full apprenticeship time served, or try to work your way up from scratch you may actually get to earn the top money anyway as they are so short of workers. You coukld walk onto a job site this morning and earn minimum $12 per hour to start, after a few weeks $15-20 depending if you prostitute yourself to the highest bidder

One word of warning, there's plenty of ads and hype, actually getting one of these warbling morons to hire a good worker direct from the UK is a different story.

Good luck, Canada needs you !

Rich.

$12 to $20 per hour doesn't equate to $80,000 (40,000 UKP) per year.

At $20 per hour you are going to have to work about 80 hours a week and not take any holidays.

Hopefully between the two of us we've managed to neutralize another potential mass shipment of trans-Atlantic snake oil.

Rich.
