HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHA

Spray yourself with a huge wad of OFF Deep Woods and you should survive relatively intact. Get a house with aircon or the little buggers will fly in at night and eat you while you sleep even if you have the insect guard thingys at the doors and windows.

If you guys are living up top when your oh farms you may be near to a slew (basically a large pond type thing of low ground where water collects) they love those as they reproduce and live near water so just be prepared - theres lots of threads about the mozzies - do a search and take heed!!!

IainK I remember put a picture up of a mozzie killing machine he bought from Crappy Tire - uuurrrggghhh makes your skin crawl!

Oh. Great. OH was hoping as the main source of water was moving (river) rather than stagnant, it'd be ok. Oh. Well.

I had a look through all the threads about mosquitoes the other night, and one of the links I tried to click on, might even have been the mosquito killing machine, couldn't be accessed from here - does it work then? I will have to find a way, I am NOT giving up on BBQs!:curse:

Oh and rest assured, I won't be living near the farm, done that, got the T, pig shit smell just doesn't work with hangovers!

I've heard that Drumheller mossies are so big you can throw saddles on 'em and enter 'em in the Stampede.

Anyway, it's not the mossies that are the problem - it's what eats the mossies that should worry you
