driving from vancouver to calgary
hi there we are moving to calgary on tuesday and i was wondering if any one has taken the number 1 this time of year and do you know of any websites we can go to check this out we currently live in vancouver thanks for the advise

You really need to check that the road between Jasper and Lake Louise is open this time of year.
There's heavy snowfall in Calgary at the moment.
Be safe.
*edit* I believe that you are going to have to leave highway 1 at Jasper and go Jasper-Edmonton-Calgary.
