Just starting to try and plan ahead

In case we are unable to locate a rental initially that will accept a dog, I will need to revert to plan B and arrange for our woof to go into a kennel in the short term after our arrival in NS.

Can anyone recommend a Kennel in the Halifax/Colchester region of NS please?

i had Keira in a wonderfull place in Wellington. It was called Roaming Rovers. It is set up for dogs that dont sleep in a Kennel. they have there own sofa and fire it costs about $25 dollars a night.

You should PM poppy2. They have bought their house now but when they first got here they had a rental in Halifax that allowed dogs.

In Truro there are two places. All My Pets Inc, 1205 Salmon River Rd. (902) 897-7389 and Donna's Pet Shop & Services12241 Lower Onslow Rd. (902) 662-2033 or 897-8388. I have no direct knowledge of either but they always seem busy. My neighbour uses the first one for her dogs.

YIKKESSS $25. a night, sounds abit much! We only pay $12. a night and he has the run of the grounds.
