I visited Alberta for Christmas and was surprised that the temperature was above zero and there was no snow... we even took my girlfriend's rabbit to the park for a run.
Then, from what I remember, the morning on New Year's Eve was about 10C and by midnight had dropped to about -40C!

We landed a few weeks ago before returning to the UK and it was the first time we had ever visited during the summer. The previous 7 visits were all in the winter.
