r.e International Credential Assessments

I realise this document is an advisory evaluation for use by an employer but will the immigration officer use this document to calculate the level of points for education ?

or will they look at the bigger picture .

I spent 10 years in self employment which i concider education that qualified me to do the job in the catogory i have applied under.
My hobbies and volentary work all relate to my job.
Does this count for anything ?

No, it will not count - especially if you are talking about self-employment, not a
formal training as a part of education program which is usually verifiable and
certified.
