crane driver in BC... regulations?

crane driver in BC... regulations?
hi, im lost. where do i find out if a mobile crane driver in BC, needs his HGV?
also assuming he has to re-take all his crane tickets, anyone know a site i can check all the info on? more likely to get a job if he can actually legally drive the crane
also will have to get red seal ( again im assuming) if he wants to drive a crane anywhere other than BC if he does his tickets there? is that how it works?
