Default COPR question (not sure where to put)

Has anyone had mistakes on their COPR ie wrong name and different client ID by one number? I would like to know how it was rectified and if it could be altered upon landing? Also I have emailed the embassy, does anyone know how long they normally take to answer this type of query. Many THanks

Mine had my UK address as my Canadian address on it - i.e. the address I was going to live at upon landing. When the Immigration Officer queried it upon landing (he wondered why I was landing in NL to live in a place he thought was in NS!) I explained what had happened. He simply scratched it out and wrote in the correct address. No problems.

A wrong name might be a little more serious though. Is it completely different from yours or merely a mispelling/typo?

HI thanks for your reply. Where it says person willing to assist they have put my husbands first and middle name correctly but put my last name instead of his (i applied in my maiden name). The address is his parents which is where we would be staying initially but it is not his as he is in the UK with me. Very confused over it all and of course it is impossible to speak to anyone at the embassy.
