Its a country hotel on the edge of the New Forest - the sort of place you helicopter in, frequented by the proper wealthy. (not me lol)

You can buy a skillet with ridges on the bottom, so bacon drains or if you want to put grill marks on a chop or something, but it isn't standard equipment in most homes or commercial kitchens. There are quite a few out there, but most kitchens don't have one. I have a 22" Analon open skillet that I don't call a frying pan though.

No, what's the Mitt Romney connection? I think I'm missing something.
The Chewton Glen video immediately made me think of the show on CMT, My Redneck Vacation. My friend Tommy boy and his scouse pals wouldn't fit in at Chewton Glen.
