Contracts Exchanged
Well that is us, contracts where exchanged yesterday and we are due to complete on 30th June. :scared:
We have arranged for the shippers to come in on the 27th and then we are off to Glasgow for a couple of weeks before we head out to TO.
Here's hoping all will go smooth :scared:

Great news, the house market finally seems to be picking up!!!!!!
Please send buyers to Selby for me!!!! We have only had two through the door in 6 weeks!!
Just spent another day looking for new builds.......there's nothing left, and the new phases coming in the plots keep going up & up, the builders have you by the short & curly's

We thought we had it sussed last week, but turns out the existing tenants have had to extend their lease due to builders not finishing their new home in time! Something will turn up - i hope!!! Not looking forward to living out of a suitcase for too long - like you, with two kids in tow.
If you go into their website you can email them direct and ask if you can lease short term and how long you want, they will email you back.
Good luck.
