Hello, some hypothetical/out-of-curiosity questions, if I may...

- After June 28th when 'common-law' spouse is recognised as part of the Family Class, can anyone speculate as to whether applicants will be processed in a similar way to the current processing of married couples?

- Following on from that, under the current regulations: spousal sponsorship applications, processed through London - what has been the pattern regarding interviews over recent months (assuming the spouse is a lifelong UK citizen & resident)?

- Is there a time limit from the date of the sponsor being accepted, to the submission of the sponsored-person's application being submitted?

Thanks very much,
CN
