Not to sure where to put this, so Mods feel free to move to the apprpriate forum....
I'm going to be moving to Canada pretty soon via the IEC Working Holiday Programme, and i'm still at my job here in the UK. With the new tax year having just started, i figured that by the time i move, i won't have earned enough here to be over the tax free threshold of £6477, and with every penny counting, i was wondering if anyone know's if i can claim the tax back before i leave, or will i have to wait until the end of the financial year (April 2012) to claim back.
Also what do you tell the tax office, that i'm moving abroad??
Thanks in kind......
