Citizenship Test tomorrow....
Wow...finally after 23 months, we have our Citizenship Test tomorrow in Scarborough, Ontario.
Only collected the mail last night to find our letters waiting for us....they were mailed on 31.12.12, so I guess they landed in my mail last Friday! Yikes, busy re-revising everything. We applied in February 2011....... :fingerscrossed: |

Don't forget to finish with this

Re: Citizenship Test tomorrow....
I spent ages studying for ours only to discover on the day, that a monkey armed with a pencil could probably manage to pass the test.
You'll be fine but be prepared to be bored stupid , most of our test was spent sat round waiting for them to go through everyones documents individually |
Re: Citizenship Test tomorrow....
23 months? That is ridiculous. With waiting times like that I can see why there was that class action suit saying it breached peoples right to vote.
Anyway good luck! |

Re: Citizenship Test tomorrow....
Zoe's right its really easy, it was multiple choice and my first question was "what are Canada's two official languages" and it didn't get much harder, done in ten minutes.
if you've read the booklet they send you'll have no problem |

Re: Citizenship Test tomorrow....
I'll be in Scarborough next Wednesday for the test.
I'd really appreciate a heads up on the process and also the timeline to the ceremony. Good Luck! Hopefully we'll be able to vote in the next election! |

The scariest bit is having to sing the National anthem solo in front of all those people...all 15 verses.
Test is only easy if you read "Discover Canada",try without doing so and you'll get caught out by some questions , I had know idea about the seven artists for example. :D |
