China Eastern Airlines: Any experiences?

China Eastern Airlines: Any experiences?
Has anyone recently travelled with China Eastern airlines? I'm thinking of flying from Canada to India but haven't seen a lof of good reviews on the Net. Travel agents seem to have mixed opinions about this airlines. Any experiences/ponters are appreciated.

I didn't think they had any direct flights from Canada to India - check this point before anything else.
Air Canada have a direct Toronto-New Delhi flight.
