Has any one got any info about Chilliwack,have seen loads of pics and found out what's going on ther,would just like some 1 st hand views - am moving with a husband and 2 kids and have a job at the hospital - I gather there's a meet up once a month in Chilliwack and it looks ok from the pics also anyone got any ideas about the best place for rental there?

It's a nice place to live. Good luck. I see Surrey expat has sent you some details, so won't duplicate. Sorry I know nothing about rentals, but I am sure you'll find something.

Fairfield Island, East Chilliwack, Rosedale, Promontory, Garrison Crossing. Watch where you rent, drug houses aplenty. Have you ever visited the hospital......? If you're in the ER or Maternity, we'll meet soon enough I expect.

I'm going to be working in the PACU - have read all about the grow -ops or are we talking other forms of illicit substances when you say drugs houses?!
Everywhere's got it's problems - we need to be within about 15-20mins walking distance from the hospital as we'll have no driving licences -1st thing on our agenda apart from finding somewhere to live!
