OK .. Children are NOT EQUAL to adults. So if the 'child' is over 30 then I do not need to include their birth certificate, right?
Just want to make sure CIC are not using a different logic..

Hi
If they are over 18, then they are not dependents. You do list them on the IMM 5406 though.

OK so in the document checklist, for item 17, it says include the birth cert.
So I DO NOT do this, (please tell me if I am wrong, this application is driving me nuts
