Filed PR in London FEB 02
Received AOR MAR 02
Cheque Cashed 14 MAR 02

I used the old forms in my application. Is there a chance it can be returned to me at this stage.

IF not

What is my next stage ?

Please someone reply as this is important too us as we have not come this far in a previous application.

it wont be returned. general practice of most visa offices is, they check to make sure all the required documentation is there to enable an assessment of the application (copies of education, work experience, copies of identity documents, photo's, custody arrangements, birth and marriage or divorce etc). only then do they cash your payment.

if there are documents found missing at a later stage after a visa officer asses your application, then they ask you for these additional documents.

since you used the old application form, if it lacks any information, they will just ask for it at a later date

if you got your AOR they wont return it because of which forms you used, and the old
forms were perfectly acceptable before 28th june anyway. so it wont be returned but
of course it can still be rejected if you dont get enough points, or if you are
called to an interview and fail it, or if you fail medicals, or if something turns up
in your background check etc.
