Lots of cheap property in Yarmouth Nova Scotia. Saw a 4 unit building a few days ago for $29,500, realtor thinks it will sell for $20,000 tops. Converted you could rent it out for approx $2500 per month.

Needs work but not impossible if you have the time and know how... Yarmouth is desperate for cheap rentals...

If you pick an unpopular province or an unpopular part of a province, you'll have no trouble finding cheap property. You might want to ask yourself why it's so cheap though. Cheap tends to mean less jobs.

Here's a fixer for $39,000 in Prince Rupert, BC.
