Zoom,Canadian Affair, Air Transat for flights.

If your just comming to Red Deer then open your options to Edmonton and we are smack bang in the middle of Calgary and Edmonton an hour and a half to either.

If you are on British passports I don't believe you need a visa for a 6 week stay.

If your travelling around get an RV (through Canadian Affair seemed to be the cheapest in 2004 when we did it). If not I would try getting a car through a UK company, it cost my hubby $600+ for a sunfire for a week when he 1st landed - through budget. We have previousley used a company that advertises in the sunday papers in UK (it's name escapes me) that works out about 150 pounds per week. The bus system in Red Deer seems very good, I think buses are every 30 mins and then theres the Red Arrow from both big cities that are frequent, although a bit scary with two littl'uns/luggage/etc. We've lived in Red Deer for 10 months now so if you have any Q's just PM me.
