Unfortunately when I got there at 07.30 there was predictably, a long queue... opening times on their website state 0800-1100 monday to friday.. by 10 there still was no sign of them opening. Unfortunately due to the nature of my work I have to be back in the office at 10.30.

My question is : Can I send the whole application by registered post or courier? Has anyone else done this? Is it safe? Sorry if this seems a trifle anal... just a little frazzled today!

Many thanks

Hello after queueing up myself for about an hour freaking out that the office was going to shut before i got there once i did get in i realised that if you are handing in a permanent residence application then you dont have to queue- just go straight in and post it in the box inside for completed applications, its only for temporary visas etc that you have to queue up.
Hope this helps...........................
