CHC 3 Month Delay

CHC 3 Month Delay
My Wife received a letter today from the CHC in London and I was away on a business trip. She was so excited thinking it was the request for medicals which were now due but when she read it, it just said CHC have experienced a huge number of applications this year which means we will have to wait another 3 months for them to look at our file. We are so disappointed.

We applied in May 04 and received AOR on 8th July 04 which said 18 month wait.

It's a bit of a blow but look on the positive side of the situation. At least you have a good idea of when to expect communication from them. Many of us don't have much of an idea...
