OK not sure if i am posting this in the right forum ???
Hi
I am Btit living in canada as a landed Immigrant, Both the Canadian and Alberta Charter of Rights states "Citizen". as i am not a Ctiizen of either do my rights fall under the British Charter or the Bill of rights ???? do i have any rights

There are a few restrictions to the "everyone" e.g. only citizens can vote and only citizens and PRs have the right to mobility, but these aside, it applies to anyone on Canadian soil.
