Default changing my CAN$ back to GPB on return to Uk?

Hi there

This has probably been covered before, but cant seem to find any results which are relevant to myself...

In Oct/Nov ill be heading home to the Uk from Saskatchewan, hopefully with around $10k earnings. Who do people use to change their dollars back to gpb? Obviously looking for the best conversion rates - I understand it could differ a lot between now and then. I just thought id put the feelers out.

Thanks

Also, my earnings wont have been enough to each the tax bracket, meaning I should have a few $k returned to me. Im in an agricultural companies employ. Someone mentioned taking all of my pay stubs to a Service Canada centre and get them to go through it before leaving the country?
