Folks,
I'm going to be spending a lot of time between Canada and the US in the next year. Would you advise on getting both a Canadian and US sim card? The roaming rates seem to be quite high when you cross the borders. Anyone in the same boat or any ideas would be welcome.
Cheers,
Conor.

If you're to travel extensively in both then two SIMs is your best bet. If you'll only be heading for the US occasionally then I'd rent a phone/SIM for the time you were down there (plenty of places offer this service, even car rental firms now I think) as they're a lot more draconian with the terms and lengths of contracts over there; paying a little more in rental charges to avoid the hassle of an 18 month commitment may be well worth it.
Other options include : http://www.oneroam.co.uk/ etc. A google search will get you some ideas.
