I was wondering how many weeks that'd need to clear the HRM.

Last time I checked Pandas were on the CITES Appendix 1 endangered list and require both an import and export permit so without those it would sit forever

Obviously someone with access to a 2CV is going to think a Fiat Panda a bit pedestrian but, when you're chugging along in the Land Rover, don't you wish for something peppy in which you can hear yourself think? At those moments don't you crave the quirkiness of driving something that the neighbours don't also have? In short, don't you think it'd be fun to have that Fiat Panda again?
In my experience, "fun" & "Fiat Panda" do not belong in the same sentence. I realise YMMV

The Deuxch & to a lesser extent the Land Rover, are strictly novelty value, although the Landie has proved useful over the years. When I want "peppy", I Use the Audi, or the bikes/snowmobiles
