Canadians who dress by the calender...
...instead of the thermometer.
I've just been out for a quick ciggie with all the usual suspects. It's 1.7C with a brisk wind from the NNE at the moment. Nonetheless, it being the first day of spring, all three of the Canadian born smokers in the group were wearing T-shirts. The sane immigrant ones like me are still wearing maximum defense winter coats. Must be in the genes.

That's funny - I thought the exact same thing about Mancunians when I moved here. I guess it's all a matter of perception. Perhaps I'll notice more Canadians doing that when I go back home.
