Just outside the GTA in Paris is a shop called the Three Blind Mice Cheese Company. It's fantastic, has loads of British and European Cheeses, well worth a visit

HID takes those little wax wrapped Dutch cheeses to work and seems to like them.

Costco do a cheese called Coastal which is imported from England - it is made 10 miles down the road from where I used to live. However I have started to find nice Canadian cheeses - Balderson is definately good and also Cracker Barrel extra old is pretty tasty!

Another shout for PC Extra Old from me. $5.99 for 500g. Not sure if that's an offer but it's been rebranded in brick form rather than slab.
In slab form it was about $8 and was never part of the offers when the others were cheap.
I had some in a buttered baguette tonight. Lovely.

Sobeys have their Compliments 3 year old Canadian Cheddar half price at the moment $4.49 for 200g pack. Bought some to try and it's not bad. We just ate half of it between two of us with crackers and pickled onions.
Won't be paying 9 bucks for it though on principle. I refuse to buy cheese at full price, there's always something half decent on offer.

We are spoilt in PEC we eat Black River Cheese and Fifth Town, PEC is / was part of the Invest In Cheese Program. We will not eat any other cheese. And we buy both direct from the makers and our local Metro and Sobeys buy local produce.
