hello all,
i will hopefully be moving to Calgary around June 09.
i play for a sunday league soccer team over here, and was wondering whether there are any soccer teams over there?
when i was out there last summer, i saw loads of people playing soccer in the parks, but not sure if its popular enough to have a league?

I have played in the league for 15 of the last 17 years and there are about 100 teams to choose from. Depending on your age you could play every night if you wanted to.
Over 35s players can register for one team in the over 35 league but play as a guest player for any team in the regular league.
Over 45s can register for one team in the over 45 league (about 24 teams to choose from) and play as a guest player for over 35 or regular league teams.
Ther is an indoor and outdoor season so all year round play is the norm.

For the OP, would you have any other links to go with what has been provided above?

2 years spent business building can keep one busy.
http://www.cusa.ab.ca has links in its Soccer links button that might be helpful
