Mrs G
I am a bit weird in that I do prefer the cold to the heat.
It would certainly make a change from wet gray weather

I prefer it cold, too. One can always add extra layers of clothing, but there's a limit to how many one can take off. Especially when the package underneath isn't one that others would like to see.

LOL totally agree with you I find it easer to get warm than i do to keep cool .My folks live in the Canary Islands, was over their first 2 weeks of sept far to hot for me. They have weeks were the breezes stop and the temps sore to 40c+

I am going to find the heat in Canada (south-west Ontario) rather difficult, but I will at least find it easy enough to adapt to the Canadian way of going from air-conditioned house to air-conditioned car to air-conditioned shopping mall. I did at first wonder why people never walked anywhere, but I think I've solved that one.

Most of the UK doesn't get a lot of sun ... the idea of a nude beach over there isn't very appealing ... being blinded by all that white flab.

I wouldn't want to risk being harpooned.
