Guys
I live in Vancouver BC.
My partner is American so I spend alot of time in Seattle.
Question: I am buying a puppy in the USA, does anyone know if there are issues taking a puppy back across the border?
It will have all its shots, so I cannot forsee any other issues crossing by land, but any feedback appreciated.

My parents just brought their cat up to live with me in Canada (they are moving back to OZ), and had no issues. Just had all the shots up to date.
A friend out ours just adopted a dog from the USA, and had no issues.
This should be a link to the Canada Customs page about importing dogs.

Except you need your receipt for the seller of the dog.

Shouldn't be a problem - we bought out cat from the states and brought him over the border at Abbotsford / Huntingdon. We just had to pay tax on him and show receipts etc.
