Hi all,
I have been scouring the Wiki & Web & cannot find what I'm looking for. Is there such a thing as an MoT in Canada? Exactly what do you need when you buy a second hand car?
Moving over in a few days now & starting to panic over the loose ends!

It doesn't look like it. Maybe a SK resident can confirm.

I believe your car only has to be checked if you bring it in from another province. Once it's here you can drive it forever without anything like an MoT.
So I guess if you're buying used you'd need to check it's registered here or has the relevant paperwork.

No MOT's in SK , make sure it's been registered in SK before otherwise it'll need an inspection , was buying for my youngest son early last year and there's a fair few out of Province motors being sold privately for cheap money ,be careful or go to a decent dealer.
