Mine is exactly same.
interview waived and states that Medical forms are enclosed with the assessment letter.
But NO medical forms are enclosed.
Did you receive medical forms with assessment letter?

Hi All,
Small change in my situation that I am able to access e-Client and it shows the status "In Progress"
Also it shows the change of address which I sent in August.
But waiting for assesment. (AOR was Nov.-15-01)

**CAIPSnotes received, took 3 weeks total to get response. Not really great info. I could pick from that. May be it was printed before I got the assesment letter plus interview, so I am not able to get any reason, why I am asked for interview ?
