Default British Hairdresser moving to Edmonton Canada

HI Everybody i just wanted to say i have finally done it. all my paperwork has come to obtain my work permit it's ended up taking me 2 yrs with all the problems.

So i'm a hairdresser that has had 22yrs of good work record in England and i just wanted a new challenge so really looking forward to show Canada what i can do.

My boyfriend has been in Canada now for 2 yrs for which we were seperated, he's a panel beater and found his job really eaiser and everything went through ok.

So now we soo excited to be able to start our new life in Canada together.

I still think i need a pinch.
I've found this forum in valuable and will be returning regularly to see how everybody else is getting on

Thank you to everybody that helped me

I've lived in Canada for several years now and never found a good (mens) hairdresser yet. That's why you see most Canadian guys with either short buzz cuts or long straggly hair and covered with a baseball cap to hide the shame of their last barber visit.
So hope you can make it over here soon, as we're desperate !
