Comes in very handy for playing stuff downloaded from the internet.

We've been in Canada 10 weeks now and brought alot of British DVD's with us. We broke the bank and bought the Max DVP6100 by GTech for $29.99 out of Best Buy. It works a treat and no codes required. Just slammed in a DVD and it worked perfectly.

Try www.dvdreviewer.com all you need to do is find the make and model of your DVD player and you will get a code to punch in on your remote and your DVD with the play all regions.

Thanks again, it's little things like this that are not always easy to work out that you guys help with (now where did I put season 5 of 24 in the packing!)

Yup! ... Without reading every post above, I'm sure you have had good feedback, so bring along those British DVD's ... you will be able to play them here on a Multi-Region DVD Player (more readily available than when I arrived in Canada back in 2002!)
