Does anyone know the approx travelling distance from Brampton to Vaughan?
Thinking about this for commuting purposes, would this be a reasonable journey?
Any " better " areas aound here?
Our other option is Aurora, which we love. Did not look at Brampton when out at Easter!
Many Thanks
Bombards.

You're better off talking in terms of driving time, not distance, BTW. There is serious traffic congestion in that part of the world.

Before our trip at Easter, I had researched Richmond Hill but when we started looking around there, I just did not get " that feeling".
Looked at Aurora and went out with an estate agent for half a day. I loved the "little town feel" and the houses were not quite as on top of each other.
Dont want to be able to see right into my neighbours house!

Brampton is just another commuter town for Toronto.. It looks the same as the rest be that Mississauga, Oakville… etc..etc same old blocks of 2-3 year old houses..
As for its ethnicity it’s got the nick name Bramladesh as in its southern parts has a huge Indian population probably more Sikhs here than the whole of Birmingham and Leicester put together… up side is great Indian food…
in its northern parts its is very multicultural and middle class a good mix form all over Europe, Africa, and middle as well as far east.. when the world cup was on the variety of flags was astounding.. as for commuting it really depend where your going.. if its down the 410 and on to the 401 then you’d better have enjoyed the M6 and M25 as this is right on par.. However if you more of a back road‘s type then its not to bad I commute form the NW corner to the airport every day no more then 40mins on the worst day
