I am on TWP for Ontario based employer. I need to visit client sites in Montreal. So applied for CAQ and got it.
I am thinking to go to border this weekend with copy of CAQ to add location of Montreal in my current work permit.
So which border should I go? The ontario/US or Quebec/US or either of it?
Thanks in advance.

Whichever one is nearest or preferable to you I guess
A Border is a Border unless it is an edge....lol (attempt at humour)

but I am afraid of quebec EDGE as they can ask me why I am in Montreal? (I m in Montreal since few weeks for my work). on other hand thinking that Ontario people can simply ask me to go to Quebec border as its matter of CAQ.

I would have thought if you have CAQ then you need to present at a Quebec border. Why do you need one if you are working on Ontario?

If you are only going to leave Canada and do a "u-turn" without actually entering the States, make sure the US Customs don't balls up the paperwork.
I got a TWP issued at the Cornwall entry point in 2007. At the US side they had to "technically" refuse me entry assuring me that it wouldn't appear on my permanent record.
Lo and behold, in 2010 I'm off to a conference in Phoenix, got the visa-waiver done & on-line before hand (waste of time as they make you fill the old paper forms when you enter the US and don't check the online records). Having checked the form saying that I've never been refused entry to the US up pops the record from 2007 saying "Entry Refused". I'm glad my Minneapolis layover was 3 hours because I spent 2 hours trying to sort the problem out with US customs.
