I agree. Being alone or female should have no impact on the route. I'd still recommend the Vancouver - Hope - Princeton - Keremeos - Penticton route. I have driven it as a solo female, as well as with friends and family. There are more opportunities to stop, explore, and interact along the way, which are more stimulating when you're travelling long distances solo.

Don't think your traveling alone makes much difference to the route. Both have remote areas, tell someone when you are leaving and someone at the other end when to expect you. Better still carry one of these with tracking enabled https://www.findmespot.ca/en/
I never go on a journey (air or ground) without a Spot tracker and always make sure my girls take one when they travel.
