Good luck Mandi, once you step off the plane you'll wonder why you didn't make the move years ago. See you in Calgary!

Nope, not yet.Thought we,d book into a hotel and have a good look about at the areas everyone has recommended.
Some of the prices are mad, like $4000 a month for short term etc
Even the hotels are over $1000 a week,im sure something will turn up though now i have dates :o

Its cheaper from downtown (99% of the time), get someone to pick you up from the airport and take you to the downtown branch.

Car rental companies add about 15% on if you collect a car from the airport! What area are you hoping to move to? We have a super8 motel near us (sw) that i've heard is quite good and about $350 per week, negotiable for longer stays. Its obviously not at all homely but you'll need to save your cash for when you buy a house! Have you looked at www.homerent.ca
