Could anyone throw some light on what are the Changes to be introduced through C-11 for independent class immigrants( skilled workers ).

No, it is Bill C-11 as the C-31 died last year when election was called and
Parliament dissolved.

section of the government website to tell you all about it
www.cic.gc.ca just go to the news section or whatever youc ant miss it
