I would have said start applying now if I were you - after all, it can take several months to get a LMO and TWP so May might be the earliest you can go anyway. But are you going out there to try and network and meet people or just applying from UK?

the problem is that i am not sure how to apply. i have left cv on monster and other websites. is it wise to start applying directly to vacancies now....
also do the canadian employers recruit 2 or 3 months earliers

You can apply directly to vacancies now - whether or not the employer is recruiting in advance has no relevance as it'll take you months to get through all the paperwork anyway if by some miracle you are lucky enough to get offered a job. They'd have to be prepared to wait for you.
I'm sorry to be blunt but as a recent graduate with no experience who is not even going out there to job hunt you stand as much chance of securing employment as I would do of becoming Angelina Jolie's latest adoptee. No Canadian employer is going to be prepared to wait months for you, spend money on getting your visa sorted, etc, if they haven't even met you unless you have very specialist skills or experience which you clearly don't. Sorry but you will need to be way more proactive or your resume will be straight in the bin everytime as soon as they see your UK address!!!
Do read through the articles you have already been given which will help you immensely. Best of luck.

Am I imagining things or were you told in other posts that you can't expect any response if you just leave your CV (which should be called your resume by the way) on Monster, you have to do far more if you expect get a job in Canada as it's just a different way of doing things. Have you read all the Wiki links on jobhunting in Canada that you were given?? If so, you'll know that you have pretty much no hope of getting a job in Canada unless you go over there and meet people face to face.

There are no agencies that specifically handle international recruitment that I know of but it might be worth phoning a few to get their opinion on your situation and see if they think you stand any chance of getting a job.
Unfortunately, finding a job in Canada is very difficult even if you're over there - in case you are not aware, to give you a job your potential employer has to advertise the job extensively (think it's for 3 months in most cases) and then prove to government that there is no Canadian suitable for, or willing, to do the job. So as you can imagine, you need to have pretty specialist skills or loads of experience to qualify. But, most people who are waiting for their skilled worker application to go through (which takes around 5 years but doesn't require a job offer), tend to job hunt and network like crazy whilst waiting just to try and speed things up.
I'm not sure you stand that much chance of getting a job to be completely honest but all that you can do is try. Read the Wiki article on job hunting, then book a trip and network like mad while you are out there. It's worth a try.
If that doesn't work then you'll need to find some other way to get in to the country so check out the Wiki for your other options
And finally, have you done the points self assessment test on the CIC website? A temporary work permit is just that - temporary. The are usually only valid for 2 or 3 years so whilst on that you would probably want to apply for permanent residency - so best to check that you would actually qualify for that before you up sticks and move out there but then have to come back again after 2 or 3 years!!
Best of luck.

Seriously ...... did you take a look? It covers Canada, Australia, NZ, the States and South Africa. It's obvious from your other posts that you don't really have a preference at this point.

Sadly for you there is no shortage of recent graduates in Canada. So no-one is going to jump through hoops to offer you a job, go through the WP process etc. Why would they when they can employ a Canadian?
Your only real course of action is to come over on a BUNAC visa (assuming you are below the age limit), find some work whilst you're here and go from there. It will require effort and commitment on your part. A great deal more than just sticking you 'CV' on monster.ca and expecting the Canadian business world to beat a path to your door.

Get off of your backside and do something about it, what are you a graduate in procrastination?
Sorry to sound blunt but no-one is gonna do it for you, and no matter how many threads you post no one is going to reply with
"Yes we applied to find-a-job-canada, just sent in a CV and 3 days later I had a job offer, house and work permit in hand"
