Default How long do u have once you're told u can go?

is this about correct? once u have had medicals done, it then take approx 6 months to receive visas and once u receive visas u can set off to your new life in canada as a PR?

If so, what if u dont want to go until about 3 years? Would you apply now and then wait around knowing u can go or would u apply say in about another 12 months time? Do u get a time limit once youve been told u can go?

I suggest you ask the question on the Canadian immigration forum. In fact, if you look there (maybe an archive search) you'll see the question has been answered many times before.

Your medical is good for 12 months only. So your visa will give you right of entry until your medical expire.
