Bell..... end
#1
Has anyone had anything but the most dismal service from Bell?
I cannot understand how the company continue to exist!
I have had nothing but grief trying to set up a simple email account.
I have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes just to talk to an Indian (in India) rep to find out why the password provided doesn't work. He said there were sometimes "technical difficulties".
The whole process is just so debilitating.
And as for bell.... does anyone have a better alternative?

Well, it's not really a monopoly, we could have gone with videotron, but I heard such horror stories about them, plus your phone won't work in a power cut, that we didn't bother. I wish we had, they can't be any worse than bell. I thought BT were bad.... I wish they were here!!

We were with Bell for a while and yes they were terrible. Sh*tty staff when you could understand them, eroneous charges they wouldnt take off, and they sold our number to telemarketers! we ended our service with them pretty sharpish! we are with Rogers now, they ***** our bill up every month but they are good enough to make amends on it and always have great customer service.
Another one for outsourcing there call centre to useless ppl in India is Air Canada!! try getting support for your bosses flight from them LOL
