Hi,
does anyone know,if soon after landing in BC,you can apply to swap a UK driving licence for a BC one,even though you don't have a permenant address as yet;and what other information will i need to produce,

Your address is put on your license, so whatever you give is what goes on there. You have 90 days on a UK license, wait until you have a more permanent address. The alternative is pay for a change of address on your license when you move.

Note that you can only get a BC driver's license if you are resident in BC. I.e. you have moved to BC and will live here for at least 6 months.
When you land you become a permanent resident of Canada. This may coincide with you becoming a resident of BC. However for many people, who "land" and return to the UK to sort out their affairs, it doesn't.
