Default Attn: Mr. Miller

Dear Miller,

As per your suggestion I appear IELTS exam again & obtain better band score than before. My overall band score is 6.5. Details are shown below:

Reading 7
Lessening 7
writing 6
Speaking 6

Please advise how much points i get in language factor if my file goes after March 2003.
Besides, I applied at Singapore before 14 month. I don't received interview reqired letter but most of my friend received interview required letter & we applied almost same time. Should I think my file is better position than others & selection decision may be held before March 2003.

Waiting for you response.

Thanks & B.rgds.

You will get 12 points for English.

Don't assume anything and don't compare your timeline to anyone else's.

If this is your score with IELTS you would get 12 points for your
language ability. It is impossible to tell what situation your file is
in without knowing all the details and the quality of the information
provided to the visa office.

Mr. Miller,

Seeking for your kind suggestion. If I send my IELTS current result to CHC singapore, that score which you mentioned will count against my language factor. Please advise.

I was single when I applied July 2001 now I got married before one month and spouse education is Master Degree and also a service holder.

Please advise regarding the above addition.

Thanks for your kind cooperation.

If you will be required to attend the interview and selection decision will be
made after March 2003 then you will be most likely asked to provide IELTS
results, so prepare yourself better and pass it again - this time with 7 or
better in each of 4 abilities.

As for your spouse - you must immediately submit notification, marriage
certificate, spouse's application with all required documents and processing
fee.

Hi,
A general comment, to keep this group as informative as possible,
please put the problem/question title in the subject so that someone
else can easily figure out instead of just Attn Miller, you can still
say Attn Miller in the begining of the subject..

Thanks
-Najam

It doesn't matter that your spouse will not accompany you at this time - you
still must notify visa post, submit marriage certificate and all required
information about your spouse. Your spouse will have to undergo medicals as
well.
